In one of Zentri's latest podcasts you mentioned that you were going to use a modified run/walk timing per the Galloway method, but you didn't want to give out the periods. Now that your IM is over do you mind saying what it was? 7min run and 1 min walk, something like that? Thanks
I want to be friends with a sub 13 hour IM'er and a guy who's podcast was one of my earliest introductions into triathlon and a guy I'm envious of as he is moving to a really beatiful place. My wife and I LOVE Sanata Fe, I hope your family does too. :)
